1/4/17 & 1/5/17

Today, students were introduced to the Sugar on Trial project. There are six groups in class and each received a role they will be researching. We will ask the question, "Who is to blame for the rise in Type II Diabetes?" Groups will need to research and be prepared to defend themselves during the debate portion of the trial. To help us prepare for the trial, we are watching the documentary, "Fed Up" which hypothesizes that the increase in sugar consumption is leading to the rise in obesity and Type II Diabetes.
